The rental Home Process 

APPLICANTS MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER AND HAVE AN EXISTING PHOTO I.D.

OBTAIN AN APPLICATION FORM FROM OUR OFFICE, COMPLETE AND RETURN TO SHCEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO VIEW AVAILABLE RENTALS. ONCE A RENTAL IS DECIDED ON CREDIT REPORTS WILL BE COMPLETED.

 

House-Viewing PROCESS

FIRST OBTAIN A CURRENT RENTAL LIST, DRIVE BY THE PROPERTIES IN YOUR PRICE RANGE THEN SUBMIT AN APPLICATION.


We Require;

  • Gross combined verification of income that is 3 times the amount of the rental that is applied for.
  • A credit score of 660 or more. Or possibly a co-signer with a 660 or more credit score (California only)
  • Previous rental references contact information.
  • All applicants over the age of 18 will be required to complete an application and is required to have a credit report completed by us through Trans Union.
  • Each credit report fee is $40.
  • A photo I.D. for all persons over 18 years old.
