      Welcome to GEM Rentals where the Property Owner's best interests are our most important endeavor and placing qualified applicants is our number one top priority.  We offer several management options with different services and fees including a one time placement or ongoing full service property management. There is absolutely no cost until a tenant is placed we pay for all advertisement and deduct the commissions only from rents received. I use Trans union credit reporting for all applicants over the age of 18 to allow a minimum of 660 credit score, which also will reveal any unacceptable previous evictions. All applicants must provide gross combined verification of income that is equal to or more than 3 times the amount of the rent as well as provide verification of acceptable rental history.

       I personally have been a continued licensed Realtor and an active continued member with all branches of the Board of Realtors since the year 2001. I was a salesperson of real estate for 7 years and after taking over the property management department in January 2008 have concentrated solely on management of rental properties. I obtained my Brokers license in March of 2014 and on March 1, 2015 I became the owner of GEM Rentals. I do intend to continue property management in Lake County for many years to come. I have always enjoyed working in this specified field and take great pride in doing the job well.
